Zhejiang Youyi SpecialSteel Co., Ltd is located at the economic development zone of Zhuji city which is the hometown of Xishi and home of ancient Yue culture, it is 2.5 kilometers from the Zhuji exit of the Hangjinqu Freway and more than 70 kilometers from the Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport, the Zhegan railway bestrides the complete territory of Zhuji, and the waterway runs directly to the Qiantang River Grant Canal.


    With a total investment of 600 million Yuan and fist stage investment of nearly 300 million Yuan, Zhejiang Youyi SpecialSteel Co., Ltd occupies an area of 200 thousand square meters with 150 thousand square meters of building area. The company now employs over 300 people, including 15 people holding high technical title, 53 high level technicians. The company is designed by professional design institute and receives technical supervision from the design institute. The stainless steel smelting workshop of the company has been put into production on Nov. 18th 2005, and the second stage project will soon begin.


    The company is in possession of first class production equipment, including three 25 ton electric furnaces, one 25 ton LF furnace, two Americal Plex 25ton AOD fineries, and one set of two machine two stream connected casting machine. Meanwhile, the company has perfect matching supplementary equipments, such as one 110 KV transformer substation, one 2500 cubic meter oxygen making station etc., and systems such as environmental protection, dust removing, pollutants emitting and water treatment systems.


    The company now produces various kinds of stainless steel 300 thousand ton a year, with its main products being bar and wire of specialsteel such as stainless steel, alloy steel etc.
